1. Product Delivery & Usage
All digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer physical returns. It is your responsibility to secure your purchased items immediately after receiving them.
- Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
- We are not responsible for what you do with the accounts/tokens after purchase.
- Make sure to save your items; access links may expire.
2. Refund Policy
We take pride in our product quality. However, our refund policy is strict due to the digital nature of our assets.
- Valid Replacements: If a product is invalid exactly at the time of purchase, open a ticket within 15 minutes with proof for a replacement.
- Video Proof Requirement: For invalid token claims within the first 15 minutes, you must provide unedited screen recording from the moment payment was completed until you checked the tokens. This proves the tokens were invalid upon delivery and prevents fraud (password changes, flagged tools, etc.).
- No Refunds: We do not offer cash/crypto refunds under any circumstances; only replacements for invalid items.
- Discord Members Stock Limitations: Discord Members are subject to availability. If you purchase more members than available in stock (offline or online), you will receive the maximum available quantity with no refunds or replacements for the difference. Stock limitations are final and non-negotiable.
- We do not replace items that are banned or locked due to your usage after delivery.
- Claims without proper video evidence will be denied.
3. Privacy & Security
Your privacy is paramount. We do not store sensitive payment information, and your email is solely used for order tracking and delivery.
All payments are processed securely on the blockchain. We hold no liability for transaction failures caused by user errors (sending to wrong address, underpaying, etc.).
4. Support Terms
Our support team is available via our official Discord server. Harassment, spamming, or threatening support staff will result in a permanent ban from our services and forfeiture of any ongoing orders or replacements.
